FIBArk is America’s longest-running whitewater festival and a beloved Salida tradition. Each year, thousands gather along the Arkansas River to celebrate river culture, adventure, and community.

Volunteers are essential—whether greeting guests, supporting events, helping with merchandise, or keeping the park clean, every role makes FIBArk a safe, fun, and welcoming experience. We’re excited to have you on the team! 🌊🎉

Each Volunteer will receive a VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT, a SINGLE DAY PASS to the festival and TWO DRINK TOKENS!

Volunteer Captains and Kid's Zone Captains will receive a VOLUNTEER HOODIE, 4 SINGLE DAY PASSES to the festival, FOUR DRINK TOKENS, a MEAL during their shift and a $25 Gift Card to LIBERTY HALL!
